Staffing Services
We are hiring subcontractors for remodeling services!
I am looking for quality subs to help me out long term as we are growing.
You must have WC/GL insurance and your own tools/truck, etc.
To apply, please send a brief outline of your experience to the email link on this ad or scott@prima-corporation.com , along with your desired hourly pay.
Some things that make us different:
We work 8-5 M-F.
We work year round (we have projects booked for summer 2018 already)
We all commit to 40hr work weeks and work until it is done.
We start on time and pay on time (dependability is important)
Most of our successful subs were former GC's that enjoy the building but not bookkeeping/selling. The most important thing is fit and attitude.
It goes w/out saying that we expect anybody who is a Sr. Remodeler to be skilled in the remodeling trades (Drywalling, Setting tile, Setting Cabinets, Minor electrical/plumbing, trim, framing, etc) and should know the basics of the code and how to talk to Building Officials. All of our crew needs to have their own transportation and a valid drivers license, show up for work on time five days a week, and have the desire to work and problem solve.
Please send your expected hourly rate (we won't respond without it).
